Newborn Session | Ayden

Gorgeous little 13-day-old Ayden was a pretty light sleeper and didn't much like being posed and re-positioned so I took a slightly more natural approach to his session and am in love with the results!

He was happiest being wrapped up snuggly and was pretty happy in the nests - gotta love those newborn smiles that we were rewarded with.

Congratulations Brittany & Michael on your beautiful new addition and thank you for your patience and trust.

Baby Session | Isla

I first photographed Isla at just a few days old however after several hours of settling and comforting her we were forced to concede defeat and made the decision to bring her back for another session once the dreaded reflux was under control. Fortunately, our results from Isla's second modelling session were a lot better than her first. 

Whilst smiles were elusive, Isla was still content to get through a few set-ups before having a few cuddles with Mum. Pink is definitely her colour!

Newborn | Henry

Meet Henry Byron Jack Bradley.  I wonder how many friends and family thought that they were being pranked when little Henry chose to arrive on April Fool's Day? - at least there should be no problem with people remembering his birthday!

Henry is destined for great things.  Well, when you meet Kate & Wills at just two weeks of age, you're bound to be, right?!?

Chelsey and Adam, you are doing simply the most amazing job. I was awed by your absolute calmness and total devotion during our session.  Henry is one lucky boy indeed.

Newborn Session | Matteo

2014 may well be my year of photographing babies with amazing hair and Matteo did not let the side down!  With his Italian dark good looks, this one is guaranteed to be a heart breaker before too long.

At five weeks of age, you're never guaranteed those lovely sleepy shots but Matteo was just the perfect little model who gladly allowed us to photograph a great range of set-ups and one especially for Nonna which I am not going to share as I know it is intended for a beautiful and thoughtful gift.

An absolute blessing to Marie and Nathon, it was a just a privilege to be able to photograph beautiful Matteo.  My thanks to you all.

Baby Session | Zac

Most of my mini-clients come to me in their first few weeks of life but I do so love having a slightly older baby in the studio.  All those smiles!

At three months, Zac was pretty content and when he decided enough was enough, we brought Mum into the picture to get some really beautiful shots of them together.  I really love this series of shots of Zac and Alex, it is exactly what I would have loved to have had taken when my kids were at that age.  Simple, natural and beautiful.

We couldn't have left big brother Flynn out of the picture either - what a cool customer and I just adored his taste in hats!

Newborn Session | Nicholas

Champion sleeper, Nicholas, was a dream baby for his newborn session at 13 days of age.  We managed to get a fantastic range of images without so much as a peep out of him.  He even graced us with smile after smile.

A beautiful second son for Leanne and Daniel - you are truly blessed.

Newborn Shoot | Annabelle

Beautiful Annabelle came to see me at five-weeks of age for her first professional photo shoot and she was just the perfect little model.  

Already by this age it can be much harder to achieve sleepy, posed images as babies become more alert and interested in their environment.  Despite this, we managed to achieve a few mini-sleeps out of Annabelle and that was all we needed.   Combined with gorgeous eye contact and heart-melting smiles this resulted in a lovely variety of shots.  

Rose, Niall and Annabelle, I wish you all the very best for your future back in Ireland.  I very much enjoyed meeting you all.
